Seattle charges the following to all our 90 gardens...it is totally based on square footage. That said we do not turn anyone away folks can check a box for plot fee assistance. Our fees don’t come close to covering the cost of our program (staff, water, water/lock repair replacement, property management, etc..) and for now go back into the general fund of the city.
