There are a lot of factors that come into play -- the community, your expenses, the size of the plots, what you provide.
For the Community Garden at Howe Homestead in the City of Walnut Creek, CA we charge $100 for the year for 25' X 25' plots, we provide water (to individual plots) and we're responsible for basic fencing for each plot and once a year garden clean up dumpster.
