You need two tools Chuck:
One is a narrow stiff putty knife style scraper about 1.5 inches
wide, we call them "case crackers"
they are used to split the plastic case open. If you use a
screwdriver you will "ding" up the plastic.
The other tool is made today and is much better than the original
(I have to run to my Mac Lab and find it.... stand bye)
Yes here it is. Made by EasyPower U.S.A.
It opens all of the macs... the early ones which used a long allen
wrench and
the later models that use torx screws. It is about 15" long.
I will get back to you as soon as I find the source for the Easypower
Mac Screwdriver.

open a SE30 case or perhaps have one to sell? Are there any other
special tools
required to work on a SE30?
I'm sure more questions will follow as I begin working on the unit
but first
need to open it up.
