I don't think so - they probably just set the Product string to the same thing.

As someone who's spent a lot of time in linux-kernel-usb land, let me just
tell you how HORRIBLE it is when vendors reuse vid/pid/bcd combos... they come
out with a new piece of hardware with a bug, and you can't fix that bug
without also breaking some other device because the kernel has no way of
telling the difference.
