VirtualBox's USB passthrough seems to work pretty well with the Harmony 
stuff.  I suppose you could try one of the Windows USB sniffers.  Snoopy 
Pro is old and very finicky.  Last time I tried, I might have had more 
success with this one: http://desowin.org/usbpcap/
