'service_foo' is an provisioning identifier, the wifi_XXXX_YYYY_managed_psk is the service to use. If you set 'Hidden=true' in the .config file, ConnMan will make an active scan for the network. From 'connmanctl services --properties wifi_XXXX_YYYY' output it can be verified that the network is the correct one. After connecting to the network once, ConnMan will enable autoconnect for it.
