I am running the following:
rsync -avz --delete rsync://rpmfind.net/linux/MandrakeCooker/cooker /u2/cooker
I will wait for some changes to show up and try again. I remember seeing a
bunch of directories deleted and created last time I did a sync. Could it
be that the directory structure changed a bit, but the boot image is still
referring to the other structure?
