agreed with Geoffrey.
For cooker packages check the maintainer in the changelog from a cooker
repository package (rpm -qp --changelog <package>) . Then mail him.
For contribs, even if in the changelog there's only one maintainer or
someone that upgrading/fixing this package everydays, put me in CC: ...
until the maintainer is a friend of you and you're talking of what you
will be doing on saturday night... :)))
