[Cooker] MD5 sums and RC1

I burnt an ISO of rc1 today, and it won't install. I haven't checked the md5 
sum of the file(s) cuz man md5 doesn't make very much sense to me....
however, the filesize is 651548K for #1 and 651722K for #2.

How do I use md5 sum check?
