URPM.pm not found means you tried to use the one from cooker on a 8.2 directly, there is an update of /misc to allow that that need to be done. But using a stock 8.2 rpmtools should be nice to generate it, or you need to compile perl-URPM for 8.2 (it should be compiling smoothly) and install it for new gendistrib (in /misc or rpmtools of cooker).
