Where do you get the idea that this is a primary mirror?  It's not even 
listed on the FTP download page on mandrakelinux.com.

I charge you to look at a *known* primary mirror: carroll.cac.psu.edu.  
Take a look here:

ftp://carroll.cac.psu.edu/pub/linux/distributions/mandrake-old/

Doing an ls in this directory you'll see 7.2, 8.0, 8.1, 8.2, and iso 
subdirs.  The iso/ subdir has ISOs for 7.2-8.2.

Again a case of you insisting you know what you're talking about, yet 
really not having a clue, and ending up looking foolish because of it.
