Macaroni And Cheese With Broccoli


1-1/2 cups dry macaroni

1 can cheddar cheese soup

1 (soup) can milk

1-1/2 cups chopped broccoli, either fresh or frozen

1 tsp. mustard powder

1/8 tsp. black pepper

2 cups mixture of shredded Colby, extra strong cheddar, milk cheddar

and mozzarella



Cook macaroni per package directions; drain. Heat oven to 400. In a

1-1/2 quart casserole, stir together soup, milk, broccoli, mustard

and pepper. Stir in cooked and drained macaroni and 1-1/2 cups

cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until hot. Stir. Sprinkle with

remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 4 minutes more until cheese melts.
