This is my mac and cheese recipe. It's not as yummy as the others that have
been submitted, it's not even baked in the oven, but it's real easy and I
think it's real tasty and I make it all the time. Sometimes I add a can of
tuna to it, other times I just eat it as a side dish with chicken strips or
fish sticks. I got it off the Campbell's Kitchen website. I'm doing this
from memory, so if there are any questions, just ask.

Souper Simple Mac and Cheese

First, you need one can of Campbell's condensed cheddar cheese soup. Empty
that into a medium saucepan. Add to it one half soup can of milk and one
half soup can of water. stir to mix everything, then bring this mixture to
a good boil. When the mixture is boiling, add to it one cup of elbow
macaroni. The recipe on the website says use corkscrew pasta, but I've
always used elbow macaroni and it comes out great. Stir in the elbow
macaroni, then turn the heat way down to a simmer and cover the pot. Let the
whole thing simmer over very low heat for 20 minutes, stirring every so
often to prevent sticking. This recipe is cool because there's no draining,
no baking, and you can add just about anything you want to it to make it
special. I always add in a handful of sharp grated cheddar cheese when the
simmering is done, and a bunch of black pepper. It comes out real creamy and
good, I think. Enjoy.
