any questions they will be able to help you as best they can to answer them 
I've also seen that on something similar on QVC the ninja and it looks like it 
has a knob to to switch to different settings

I have one -- look under the name of countertop roaster, which is what I
call mine. Mine has a dial with temperatures as an option instead of
specific settings, and it makes a great oven replacement when you don't want
to heat up the house. It also has a removable cooking pot (oblong instead of
round or oval and made out of metal) to make cleaning easy -- I can just put
it in the dishwasher to clean it.
