Yes, indeed, if you grease and flour the pan, they won't stick.  I don't
think I would trust a cooking spray in this instance.  You really need the
flour!

Sure, here you go.

Ingredients:

2 cups sugar

1/2 cup melted butter or margarine

4 eggs

1 1/2 cups flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp soda

1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, well drained

1 cup chopped nuts (I used walnuts)

Method:
1.  Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.  Coat a 9x13 or 10x14x2 
pan liberally with cooking spray.
2.  Combine sugar and butter.  Beat in eggs, one at a time.
3.  Add sifted dry ingredients, alternately with pineapple.  Add 
nuts and mix well.
4.  Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40
minutes.  Cool, cut into bars and sprinkle with confectioners' 
sugar.
