We have 224 1+1 values ready for allocation.
If we don’t want to exhaust these in the next 50 years, we can allocate about 4 
per year.
I’m pretty sure the designated expert will issue a wake-up call when there is a 
danger of approaching this rate.

While there is no way to define larger simple values than simple(255), the tag 
+ detail approach will still be available after their exhaustion.
The 1+1 values should be used for applications that can make good use of the 
conciseness.
