Mike.  That is interesting.  To me, the 172 is quite roomy, like the
station wagon people compare it with.  I'm 5'9" (33-34" inseam) and my CFI
is about 6'2".  Also we sometimes take a large person with us in the back
seat. One thing I've never felt in the 172 is crowded.  But then what do I
know? :-)  Well I do know if I'm bumping into someone or not every time
I try to move.
