Ken, thanks for asking about the Videoscope Model 3000 that my mechanic, Jack Chmiel and I invented. Yes, we are building and marketing the systems. You can see our whole system on the internet at http://www.video-access.com/ We are presently including a video digitizing device which will take the video signal produced by the camera and provide a digital image that can be stored on a computer disk and e-mailed to anyone else, so a person does not have to view an entire video tape in order to view the defects found in the wing or other airframe part. I totally agree with John Wright's understanding of inter granular corrosion, and how it affects our airplanes. My right wing had it, and Jack Chmiel's Forney had it in both wings. We have inspected 38 Ercoupe/Forney wings so far, and have found evidence of exfoliation in 24 of them.
