I know you said the the controls move in the right direction... Please check just one more time.... Check to see if the cables cross..... I know of a guy flying one for 2 years with the cables going straight and not crossed ... He had the same complaint... After the cables were crossed it flew like a dream... Good luck ! WV Jim P
