When I was learning how to fly the 'coupe, the kind soul who trained me 
(thanks again, Ron) was insistent about me holding 80 pretty much down to 
the ground -- at least until I really got comfy landing 'coupes.  I've had
a 
couple of folks tell me that if you can, it's pretty much always better to

land a little too fast than a little too slow.

My understanding was that it was to help avoid dropping it hard, but maybe

it's also to avoid that yaw thing, too.

I'd check your rigging just the same, to be careful.  I haven't noticed
any 
problem with yaw in my A2 on takeoff or landing -- but, of course, that 
could just be because I'm just so darned tickled to be flying it!
