I have also had the crosswind wing lift problem on landings. So this
annual 
fixed the tail low problem.....and now have an entirely different airplane

during landing and take off.  Once in the air it flys the same.  It
started 
acting what I call "squirrelly" on landing and from this list figured out 
that 62" at the tail was way too low.  After adding the MLG spacer, its
like 
"no stress" landings and I don't have to force it to stay on the ground 
during takeoff.  If your tail isn't up to 72" -75" don't give up on
landing 
the 'Coupe, fix it back to original.
