Wayne,
Have been using a Magellan 2000 for about four years now and it satisfies
all my requirements even though it was one of the original ones that only
accesses three sats.  I have used it to cross (most of) the states in four
different aircraft and now have about 100 waypoints entered.  I use a
Flight
Guide to get  lat/long or by overflying.  Takes about a minute to enter
one
and then by using the "go to" function can go from point to point by
simple
one button selection.  With one of these and a map can go anywhere without
worry.

Hope to get 80AH in the air within the next couple of weeks.  Haying (and
rain) are the only things delaying this now.
