The valve on the right side near the floor shuts off the fuel from the
wing
tanks to the fuel transfer pump.  If a hose comes off the pump outlet (and
you knew that this happened) you simply shut off the fuel to the pump.
Gravity will still feed fuel from the nose tank to the carbureter for
about
an hour, which should get most of us to the nearest safe place to land.
