I haven't found any shoulder harness STCs myself. I'll probably end up submitting a 337, which I'll post when it's approved by my FSDO. I've attached a list of all Univair STCs found so far in my references. If someone hasn't done it already, I'm compiling a complete STC and AD list for the 415 series, which I'll be happy to share with anyone interested.
