Here's the problem I think:  you need to create an empty .courier-default
file in the home directory.  That's also in my notes, but I don't think I
copied that part. :)

(I'm assuming that [EMAIL PROTECTED] is in the 'user' field of the table)

Again, I don't understand why the .courier-default has to be there, and
it's a bloody annoying little caveat.
