Many people do. Having "NA" instead of "FAIL" listed by your module
on search.cpan.org could make your module more attractive to potential
users.

I got this same issue when I release Win32::SqlServer::DTS.
To avoid getting FAIL I started using Devel::AssertOS. It works like a
charm.
