As soon as I was going to break out some network code, the computer breaks. I
can't open folders or run many programs. I need to reinstall XP, but don't
have disks on me. Its getting old that when I'm out to code, my computer
breaks on me. I could code on this one, but it doesn't have 3d hardware
accelleration.
Ok enough of my rant. It just seems like its not meant to be.

Installing Summer 2003 Directx didn't work either. Its all cool though because
I don't need it to make the player vs player part of the game. All that will
be messed up is the Health Displays. And maybe I'll make them 3d LOL.

only thing not compiling is direct draw. Maybe I should use an older version
of directx, like 2003? When I skip the direct draw component, it compiles, but
the 2d graphics are messed up. I can upload a windows demo if someone has a

Are you sure that you installed the MS Win32 SDK properly? According
to reports, you must follow their installation instructions very
precisely in order to avoid problems such as those you reported.
