Are you saying this based on your own experience, or is this just a suggestion?
I too experienced this rubberbanding on some of our server (since patch), but I have a constant 250+ fps and great connection, so I have a hard time understanding why I would have this lag under these good conditions. But now that you mention HPET timer, I will try and enable it and see if any rubberbanding occurs again.
