In Windows Vista Home Premium set to 96dpi, I am writting a CSS file in a text
editor. In my h1 tag I have "font-size: 150%;" and Firefox 3.0.5 will display
the text in a 17 point font. While IE 7 will Display the text in a 21 point
font. Why a difference in font size? Both browsers are set to their defaults
and my body tag has "font : 100%/1.6 arial, helvetica, sans-serif;".
