It actually does collapse on an iPhone. When you click the green nav button it 
slides down and when you take focus off of it, it then slides back up. I had 
clicked the nav and immediately went to edit your CSS. Clicked in that box for 
the CSS and the nav slid up like it was supposed to.  So that would tell me 
your nav:blur is working.
