...but please say so off the list.  I'm just going to assume that we 
have some timing issues going on here, but as Eric has already said, 
this thread is dead.  Please do not respond further.  This is a list 
devoted to Cascading Style Sheets.  Please confine your on-list 
remarks to that topic.

Meanwhile, feel free to begin a Wiki page to serve as a list FAQ, as 
suggested by Felix Miata some hours ago.
