showing innattentiveness). Has anyone asked C-SPAN?
Another point: If Harkin's objection was 'sustained' (Barr referring to
Senators as "jurors"), would it then be allowed for Barr to go outside and,
in repsonse to CNN's questions, again refer to the Senators as "jurors" ?
(Which he did.)
