You must have had my post on your screen and to post your message you simply
hit REPLY and changed the subject. The references header in your message
references to my post.

The last mail I posted was about the very strange Juno service agreement.

i didn't even read it- still haven't, so if it has

Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't see the relationship between Juno claiming the right
to take over your computer with the US missile plan.

So would I. And I would be somewhat less than pleased if someone posted a
message in the same thread that is so far off from the original topic.

I've got no problem with people posting articles. That's what the list is
for. I just hate it when I see that messages have been added to the thread,
then I open the thread expecting to see a discussion about what Juno could be
thinking by enacting such a service agreement, and then I end up disappointed
because none of the messages in the thread have anything to do with Juno.

Perhaps your mail program doesn't thread mail messages, but mine does. It
makes it easier to follow discussions. So if your mail program doesn't thread
messages, of course you wouldn't be able to tell any difference if you simply
hit reply to post a message, then just changed the subject. But the Reference
header will still point back to my message, causing yours to be threaded
underneath.
