But the money isn’t going to victims. It is going specifically to the families of people who kill innocent civilians, for no other reason than they killed themselves while murdering others.
That’s not what “victim” means to me. If the Saudi’s want to help – let them build an infrastructure for Palestinian society. Let them do something with the Palestinians, other than hiring them as menial labor in their little feudal kingdom.
