Merged HEAD patch: ChangeLog 1.487 to 1.488
* src/dom/cria-block.c: don't require a text model (this way we can
inherit the model from the template block)
* src/dom/cria-slide.c: create empty blocks for new master slide
elements
* src/dom/cria-text-model.c: added _new() and _clone()
* src/dom/cria-text-model.h: added _new() and _clone()
* src/rendering/cria-block-renderer.c: tried to fix the text model
stuff (doesn't work completely yet)
* src/widgets/.cvsignore: update
* src/widgets/cria-slide-editor.c: set proper names for new elements
