Merged HEAD patch: ChangeLog 1.488 to 1.489
* src/dom/cria-block.c: only unref the text model if there is a text
model
* src/dom/cria-slide.c: always create "deriving" elements for master
slide's elements
* src/io/cria-presentation-parser.c: updated to update newly created
blocks if they've been added by setting the master slide
* src/rendering/cria-block-renderer.c: simplification by using new
API, removed g_message debugging
* src/rendering/cria-slide-renderer.c: simplification by using new API
