Merged HEAD patch: ChangeLog 1.486 to 1.487
* src/dom/cria-slide-element-priv.h: added a master property
* src/dom/cria-slide-element.c: added a master property; added API
documentation; made 'name' a construct only proeprty
* src/dom/cria-slide-element.h: added _set and _get methods for the
master property; remove the _set_name function
* src/io/cria-presentation-parser.c: some minor improvements
* src/rendering/cria-canvas-text-view.c: reset the cursor when a new
model gets set
* src/rendering/cria-canvas-text.c: added _reset_cursor()
* src/rendering/cria-canvas-text.h: added _reset_cursor()
* src/rendering/cria-slide-renderer.c: plug a minor memory leak
