* template/en/default/global/choose-product-flatlist.html.tmpl:
New template providing a flat grouped-by-category list of products
* browse.cgi:
* describecomponents.cgi:
* editcomponents.cgi:
* enter_bug.cgi:
Use choose-product-flatlist.html.tmpl instead of lesser methods of
selecting the product.
* globals.pl:
Rewrite GetEnterableProducts() so that (1) it only does on SQL
query instead of one per product, (2) it can be limited to a
certain classification.
