David C., KP and I cruised from the "Y" at noon. Straight into a 10 mph headwind around the Rocky Mount/Wilson airport to Elm City back to Wilson. 20.5 miles in 58 min. I can't break that down like the "bubbleheads" but the first 10 miles was slow, the last 10 miles was fast.
