Tuesday morning Ride Report: Walstonburg - Stantonsburg - Wedgewood - Ward - Downing - Forrest Hills - 42 - Lamm Tough ride this morning, I felt sluggish and slow all morning... and I was, 17.8 avg, took 1:29 for 26.5 miles, almost 1.5 mph off my average. I had picked up some "halt" at Don's last Friday and got to use it this morning on a dog that's been chasing me every time I ride in. Makes the hair on my legs and arms stand up, not today, the spray stopped it immediately. How was your ride Jeff? Did anyone else get a ride in this morning?
