No one posted so I left from home and did 18 quick miles out Packhouse,
Bloomery West Horns Church and back. A beautiful sunrise and very comfortable
this morning. Need to get Tim's little hill route down to memory for Thursday.

Halt, aka "puppy sauce", is good stuff. I think the active agent is Cayenne
(sp) pepper. I carry the stuff all the time I ride solo and occasionally with
a group when the planned route has known varmints. The one time I used it the
stuff it stopped the dog dead in his tracks. He did not give chase a few days
later when I came through either.

Tuesday morning Ride Report:
Walstonburg - Stantonsburg - Wedgewood - Ward - Downing - Forrest
Hills - 42 - Lamm
Tough ride this morning, I felt sluggish and slow all morning... and I
was, 17.8 avg, took 1:29 for 26.5 miles, almost 1.5 mph off my
average. I had picked up some "halt" at Don's last Friday and got to
use it this morning on a dog that's been chasing me every time I ride
in. Makes the hair on my legs and arms stand up, not today, the spray
stopped it immediately.
How was your ride Jeff?
Did anyone else get a ride in this morning?
