Dale, Dean, John, Larry (?), Wally and me. I think Larry did the 100K with the rest of us going for the Century. We all started with a large group in double paceline format, which was new to me and a little tricky. Started in the back/middle and enjoyed getting pulled along at 19 - 20. By the 3rd rest stop at mile 60, the paceline was single-file and spreading out. By mile 80, we were down to 6 or so riders doing the ole COWS 3-5 minute pulls. Hard rain hit at about mile 95. I appreciated it, but iPod did not. Alll the COWS finished at about same time. Congratulations to Dale, Dean, John and Wally on their 1st Centuries! They all rode very strong. (Race this Saturday!) After biking Friday, later in the evening and since, I've been suffering from pain in my arch. What possibly could cause arch pain during biking? 2) If I can race, which med.s are safe to use during the race for the arch pain; ibuprofen or Tylenol or other?
