Thank you!  And way to go Dan!!!!  It was a great day to be outside yesterday
-- sunny and chilly.

Jim -- I'd love to join a ride but it would have to be nice and slow....with
all this running I think I've lost my cycling legs and need to get them back!

Well I know of two CoWs that performed at high levels this weekend.  Linda
running her very first Marathon in Washington DC and Turbo Dan doing the Little
Washington Half.  In the MCM Linda finished with a time of 4:16:35 and that was
even with the crowds of runners she was having to dodge that slowed her pace.
I see a below 4 hour marathon time in her near future.  At the LWH Dan finished
with a time of 5:22, 15th overall male and 1st in Clydesdale. ( his time was
over 17min faster then the 2nd place Clydesdale..wow)  I’m very proud to say I
have trained with both of these athletes and looks like we all need to step it
up some to keep up.
I have not seen the results for B2B yet…..
PS- I would say congrats to Tim Lucas for another 125+ mile ride for the year,
but we all know he’s nuts and a 125+ ride is just a walk in the park for him.

First ride from DD, Nick, Doc, BobL, Vino, Dale, Wally, DC, and I did hwy 58 to
Sandy cross, potato hill backwards Horne Ch, 27 miles 20 mph pace.
Nick showed up on a new giant, full carbon, so light you have to keep a hand on
it at all time or it will float away.  Good consistent pace except for two new
bike pulls,  not to be out  done, Vino launched a vicious attack on 58, at
least 30 up the hill to the Wilco.
Great afternoon on the bike.
