Pretty much applies to most people don't ya think?

Look at the US feds - they really have done a bang up job catching people
who grow their own marijuana.  Let alone those who fly airplanes into
buildings.

Like Lau Tzu said some 2500 years ago: the more rules and regulations a
government creates, the more clever the people become.

It don't matter what the rules are.  We'll find a way around 'em.
Just like everyone in China and the former soviet union did.
