The only problem is that the list netiquette is just different from
project to project, and this (imho) is bad.

1) For Debian, one is discouraged to reply-to all, people will just
tell you, please don't CC my email, I am on the list.
2) for google groups one just hits reply
3) for some other projects, one hits reply-to-all and the mailman
handles it fine.

And one just needs to remember all the time, ok, I am on this list,
now I need to hit reply. No, reply-to-all. No, reply-to-all and delete
the other recipients.
