I've fixed bug #99 in the 2.0 branch. I'll fix #98 in for 2.0 later today or so. Fixing #97 will take longer, and will be targetted at 2.1
The bugs are still there in the latest dbmail_2_0_branch CVS, and the experimental 2.1 doesn't compile.
