Something else occurred to me: Where exactly do these mysql-logs come from?

This doesn't look like a connection from dbmail-smtp to me. You're connection here to no database at all. Is this a some mysql connection
from postfix ? If so it still doesn't look right.

222 Query SELECT deliver_to FROM aliases WHERE
alias="@cola"

Try setting up and testing dbmail standalone, without integration into your MTA, for instance by using procmail to insert messages:

/home/user/.procmailrc:

:0:.dbmail.lock
|/usr/src/dbmail-1.1/dbmail-smtp -u user

then it stops... So it does not insert the messageblk into the tables...
:(
I uninstalled it again and reinstalled it with build.sh and
install-dbmail.sh and the same problem occured...
So I deinstalled it for the third time, rebooted my test computer,
reinstalled it the dbmail-way and it worked again...
What my cause this kind of problem? Is it installing something somewhere
I don't see?

Tell us more about your actual setup.

Actually it should work when dbmail.conf is in /etc and the mails a
redirected to for example /usr/src/dbmail-1.1/dbmail-smtp, shouldn't it?
I hope someone has the same problem and solved it... ;)

Best Regards
