Oh, I see. But there is a special section for client config paramers,
so I guess the parameters from

./bin/mysql --no-defaults --default-character-set=utf8
--socket="$MYDIR/mysql.sock" -u root -e "GRANT ALL ON *.* TO
''@'localhost'" mysql

should go to the client section, I'm not sure.
