Can we stop the general commentary on Daniel Baumann's performance as
maintainer ? I don't think it's helpful or relevant to the discussion
about tftp-hpa and upstart.

If someone has more general concerns about the maintenance of some
package, and after failing to resolve these concerns *they would like
to take over the package*, that would best be dealt with separately.
Probably emailing the TC private list, or a TC member privately, to
seek advice, would be the right place to start.

Likewise if there are general concerns about a DD or DM, the right
team to contact would be new-maintainer.

Persistently making negative comments about a fellow contributor, in
inappropriate forums, does not help. It makes Debian less fun without
addressing the underlying problems - indeed, often, it exacerbates the
problems.
