zutils doesn't have a German manpage translations, I think you're looking at
the zgrep manpage from manpages-de, thus reassigning the bug.

Does this mean that in German locale, a manpage for a different tool is
delivered? If this is the case, my test exposed another bug: a wrong manpage is
delivered—we'd better get a manpage in English for a right tool rather than a
German manpage for a wrong, similar tool.
On my system:
